Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at korosh.sharif@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
